✰ MAKEUP APPLICATION & ALLERGY WAIVER✰

All clients, talent, etc. who wish to recieve my services must fill out a Makeup Consent & Allergy Waiver prior to appointment or production day.

If requested, a skin patch test of products used may be performed to test reaction.

✰PAYMENTS✰

50% of the total quote is due upfront to reserve your requested date(s).   

The 50% retainer is non-refundable. The deposit ensures we can book your requested date, hold you booking, and turn away any other inquiries.

The remaining(50%) balance is due on the day of your appointment.

✰PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE✰

Unless specified otherwise, I have the right to copyright and use, reuse, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of client or talent or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, social media or any other purpose whatsoever. 

✰DAMAGES✰

If anything belonging to Abn0rmal MUA is damaged by you, your guests or your team members, you will need to pay for the damaged equipment.
